Welcoming to Finding Salam

Assalamualaikum! Welcome to Finding Salam (سلام) blog page! Salam means "peace." Before becoming Muslim, I was on a journey searching for peace. I lacked contentment and solitude in my life. When I started to learn about Islam, I began to feel little bits of peace in my life. The day I did my shahada (converting to Islam), I entered a state of salam that has never left, all because of Allah (SWT). I wanted to create a blog page to highlight my journey to Islam and share things I learned after my shahada. I want to post about deen, modest fashion, Islamic history, and my culture. I named my blog Finding Salam because Islam brought so much peace into my life, and I do not know if I deserved it. I want to share some aspects of this peace with you. I hope you enjoy my blog page.
